Sereact dual-arm physical AI enters live Zalando returns operations in Germany and Poland without per-SKU training

What changed
Sereact, Zalando and CEVA Logistics announced on October 7 that Sereact's dual-arm robotic systems had entered live returns operations at Zalando facilities in Greven, Germany, and Świebodzin, Poland. Powered by Sereact's Cortex physical-AI platform, the systems identify, grasp and sort irregular returned fashion items dynamically without requiring per-item training or fixed SKU profiles. The deployment is delivered as Robotics-as-a-Service and represents the first operational milestone in a broader plan to scale returns automation across Europe; Zalando had also joined Sereact's Series B as a strategic investor.
