Techman Robot announced on October 6 that its TM AI Cobot S Series obtained IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 certification following an independent DEKRA assessment. The standard defines cybersecurity requirements for industrial automation and control-system components, giving manufacturers and integrators an external reference for product security. Techman combines built-in vision, AI and robotic execution under its SEE • THINK • ACT approach and claims it is the first built-in-vision AI cobot manufacturer to obtain this certification; the 'first' claim is the company's own.
