ServiceNow launched AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer on October 6. AI Workflow Factory connects Process Mining, Autonomous Engineer/Build Agent and App Engine into a continuous improvement loop: identify processes and KPIs, build workflow improvements and agents, run them at scale, and use outcomes to surface the next optimization opportunity. AI Control Tower governs agents, decisions and workflows across the loop. AI Workflow Factory is globally available immediately, while Autonomous Engineer is available in early access on request.
