ElevenLabs launches ElevenAgents Architect alpha to diagnose conversations, draft agent changes and validate them in simulations before approval

What changed

ElevenLabs launched ElevenAgents Architect in alpha on October 6. The built-in agent expert can reason across conversation data, investigate root causes, update knowledge bases, prompts, workflows, voice settings, guardrails, tools and simulations, then prepare versioned drafts instead of publishing changes automatically. Architect validates proposed changes in simulated conversations and requires team approval before anything goes live. It can also take handoffs from Spotlight and expose agent context through tools including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and Grok Bot. ElevenLabs notes that some alpha surfaces are still rolling out gradually.
