Polygrade emerged from stealth on October 6 with $6.3 million in funding from Construct Capital, American Family Ventures, Nine Four Ventures and others. The company uses task-specific AI agents across the warranty-claims lifecycle, including first notice of loss, triage, authorization, parts procurement, invoice handling and contractor payments, escalating exceptions to people. Polygrade says the platform runs on top of existing warranty systems rather than requiring a core migration. It is a vertical multi-agent claims platform, not a general-purpose foundation model.
