Zeroset emerges from stealth with Nebula, a state layer for long-horizon enterprise agents, and $5.2M in pre-seed funding

What changed

Zeroset emerged from stealth on October 6 with $5.2 million in pre-seed funding backed by Gradient Ventures, 2048 Ventures and others. Its first product, Nebula, is positioned as a state layer for long-horizon enterprise agents: it connects systems used by a workflow, resolves entities, time, contradictions, ownership and provenance, and exposes compact current state plus workflow traces to agents. Zeroset says Nebula integrates with enterprise tools including Microsoft 365 and GitHub. This is context/state infrastructure for agents, not a new foundation model.
