Infinitus launches FieldForce, secure AI agents for pharmaceutical sales and reimbursement field teams

Healthcare agentic-communications platform Infinitus launched FieldForce on October 7, a set of secure AI agents for pharmaceutical field teams. Companies can deploy the agents for sales representatives, field reimbursement managers, or both. FieldForce is designed to handle work before, after and between healthcare-provider interactions—such as research, product and prescribing information, scheduling and administrative tasks—so field teams can spend more time on direct customer interactions while providers can receive support between visits.
