Langfuse 4.54 adds automatic trace topic classification, external media storage and structured OpenAI review output

What changed

Langfuse released 4.54.0 on October 7. The update can classify traces into topic buckets, making it easier to analyze large volumes of agent and LLM activity by theme. It also adds external media-storage integration, moves session views toward trace transcripts, and adds structured output for OpenAI review flows. Other changes improve experiment-item and prompt-event query paths, user-visible error observability, sessions, S3 behavior, retention handling and accessibility. This is an observability-platform update rather than a model release.
