What changed

GitHub released Dynamic Workflows in public preview across Copilot CLI, the Copilot app and the Copilot SDK on October 1. Developers can define reusable orchestration in code, combining automated steps and multiple agents sequentially or in parallel with structured handoffs, checkpoints and human review. The feature is available on all Copilot plans; the app needs no setup, while CLI users must enable experimental features.
