ServiceTitan expands its Max agentic operating system to all residential contractors and launches Atlas mobile plus AI-agent-friendly Homh booking

What changed

At Pantheon 2026 on October 6, ServiceTitan made its AI-powered Max package available to all residential in-home contractors and opened a limited pilot for commercial and roofing customers. Max is positioned as the fully loaded version of ServiceTitan's agentic operating system, coordinating workflows across demand, field and office context. The company also launched the Atlas mobile app for grounded business questions and Homh, a consumer-demand platform where people or their AI agents can discover and book ServiceTitan contractors. Homh works with ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude and exposes signals such as real-time availability and confirmed appointment booking.
