NVIDIA releases AICR v1.0 with verifiable recipes for version-locked GPU Kubernetes clusters and signed validation evidence

What changed
NVIDIA released AI Cluster Runtime (AICR) v1.0 on October 6. AICR uses version-locked, validated recipes to describe compatible combinations of kernels, GPU drivers, container runtimes, networking, storage, operators and workload frameworks for GPU-accelerated Kubernetes clusters. Version 1.0 establishes a stable contract across the CLI, REST API, Go SDK, bundle layout and artifact schemas. Its Snapshot, Recipe, Bundle and Validation capabilities capture observed state, define the desired configuration, render artifacts for Helm, Argo CD, Flux or Helmfile, and verify live clusters with signed evidence. This is AI-infrastructure configuration tooling rather than a new GPU or model.
