Infor expands Industry AI with industry agents, Agentic Orchestrator, process mining and automation in the next Velocity Suite

What changed

Infor expanded its Industry AI architecture and Velocity Suite on October 6 with personalized adaptive experiences, new governance models and additional industry agents. Velocity Suite combines Industry AI Agents, the Agentic Orchestrator, process mining, automation, prebuilt industry use cases, GenAI and implementation expertise in one offering. The accompanying survey was conducted by YouGov on Infor's behalf in August 2026 across 2,111 business decision-makers in seven markets, so conclusions about generic AI falling short should be treated as vendor-sponsored research.
