GoodData.AI launches Agentic Serving Plane as a governed semantic, access and execution layer between enterprise data and AI agents

What changed
GoodData.AI launched Agentic Serving Plane on October 6 as a governed execution layer between enterprise data platforms and the dashboards, applications, assistants and autonomous agents that consume them. It combines workload serving, business semantics, contextual grounding, access control and AI execution for the high-concurrency pattern created when agents issue many short-lived queries. Permissions can be enforced at field, row and tenant levels, while the GoodData MCP Server exposes the same governed metrics and context to agents. The company also plans to begin rolling out Local Inference in the coming months so selected AI capabilities can run closer to customer-controlled data.
