Oso's team joins Temporal to build agent authorization while Oso Cloud itself is acquired by Tiny and continues operating

What changed

Temporal announced on October 6 that the Oso team had joined the company to accelerate AI-agent authorization, focusing on identity propagation and policy enforcement that remain durable across tool calls, failures and retries. Temporal explicitly says the announcement does not immediately change currently available products. Separately, Oso says Oso Cloud itself was acquired by Tiny and will continue operating, while most of the current Oso team is joining Temporal to build agent authorization. The structure should not be described as Temporal acquiring Oso Cloud.
