Juicebox agrees to acquire Fetcher IP and assets as AI recruiting consolidates around specialized agents

AI recruiting platform Juicebox announced an agreement on October 6 to acquire intellectual property and other assets from recruiting-automation company Fetcher. Fetcher will wind down its existing product and operations, while customers can choose to transition to Juicebox. Fetcher says it has served more than 1,500 customers and 5,000 recruiters since 2016 and raised over $30 million. Juicebox uses specialized AI agents for candidate sourcing, assessment and outreach. The announcement describes an asset/IP acquisition and customer transition rather than a full corporate acquisition, and financial terms were not disclosed.
