SAP agrees to acquire TechWolf, adding its work-and-skills context graph to enterprise AI and HR
What changed
SAP announced on October 6 that it had agreed to acquire Belgian AI work-intelligence company TechWolf. Financial terms were not disclosed, and closing is expected in Q4 2026 subject to customary conditions. TechWolf's 'context graph for work' continuously maps actual work tasks, employee skills and the external labor market from connected HR and business systems. SAP plans to bring that data model, TechWolf's AI models and its applied AI research team into SAP's product stack for workforce and skills intelligence.
