Automation Anywhere agrees to acquire Boost.ai, linking conversational and voice AI with end-to-end enterprise agent automation

What changed

Automation Anywhere announced on October 7 a definitive agreement to acquire enterprise conversational-AI company Boost.ai from Nordic Capital, with closing expected in Q4 2026 subject to customary approvals and conditions. The deal is intended to connect Boost.ai's voice and conversational front-end capabilities with Automation Anywhere's middle- and back-office agentic automation so a customer or employee request can flow into business execution. The release says Boost.ai has more than 600 live AI agents and over 150 million automated conversations.
