TwelveLabs launches Pegasus 1.6 with native egocentric-video understanding, image analysis and physical-AI labeling workflows

What changed
TwelveLabs released Pegasus 1.6 on October 6. The update adds native understanding of egocentric footage from wearable cameras and teleoperated systems, supports analysis of one to twenty still images per request, and improves entity recognition, metadata extraction, timestamped in-segment events and long-video segmentation. The official documentation lists a 261,120-token context window and support for analyzing up to two hours of video. TwelveLabs explicitly positions the first-person capability for robotics and physical-AI workflows such as action labeling, quality control and next-action prediction.
