Gemini CLI v0.63.0 tightens long-running agent memory controls and enables autonomous plan execution in non-interactive mode

What changed
Google released Gemini CLI v0.63.0 at 20:38:49 UTC on October 6, which is early October 7 in Beijing. The stable release bounds tool-output size and improves memory lifecycle in long-running agent loops, strengthens connection recovery, MCP configuration handling, temporary-directory cleanup and policy/path validation, and enables autonomous plan execution in non-interactive mode. This is a CLI reliability and automation update rather than a new Gemini foundation model.
