What changed

Vida introduced outcome-based billing for its enterprise AI agents on October 5 alongside its existing usage-based pricing. Customers can define a verified business result—such as a qualified lead, warm transfer, completed onboarding or won-back customer—and pay against that outcome while Vida tracks associated metrics and KPIs. The model is initially aimed at performance marketing, insurance and other lead-driven use cases with clearly defined results. This is a pricing and operating-model change rather than a new foundation-model capability.
