Realtor.com+ launches RealAssist AI for agents with automated client setup, daily activity digests and approval-based agentic actions

Realtor.com expanded RealAssist AI into the Realtor.com+ workspace for real-estate professionals on October 6. The new layer adds AI-driven client and search setup, a Daily Digest that synthesizes chats, searches, notifications and price changes, and Agentic Actions that can refine searches using MLS data or draft client messages in an agent's own tone. Realtor.com says professionals review and approve actions rather than handing over final control. The company says Realtor.com+ is live in 21 markets and serves more than 192,000 agents.
