Promptfoo 0.124.0 adds Claude 5.5, GPT-6-family and Grok 4.7 support while moving several provider SDKs to explicit installs

What changed

Promptfoo released stable version 0.124.0 on October 6. The release expands provider support for Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6 Sol/Luna, Grok 4.7 and GPT-6.1 Sol/ultrafast, and adds OpenAI safety identifiers, a TypeSafe Jev provider, resumed Claude server-tool turns and isolated workspaces for coding agents.
