FreeVideo v0.2.4 speeds MiniMax H3 local video generation with lower-memory reference encoding and Windows/macOS installers

What changed
FlashML released FreeVideo v0.2.4 on October 6. FreeVideo runs MiniMax H3 video generation locally; this release moves prompt/reference encoding from FP32 to BF16, reserves GPU memory according to actual prompt and reference length, chunks long references, and adds adaptive retry behavior when Windows spills into shared GPU memory. The project says a 15-second reference video plus three images that previously stalled on a 16GB GPU now encodes in under a minute. Windows 10/11 NVIDIA and macOS 14+ Apple Silicon installers are provided.
