Ollama 0.35 adds Jev-style decision models through the new systemone endpoint

Ollama added Jev-style decision-model support on September 29. Ollama 0.35 introduces the `/v1/systemone` endpoint, allowing a local model to answer multiple named, structured questions in one request. The initial lineup includes Nimble 9B, Tev1 4B and Tev1 0.8B for tasks such as ticket triage, model routing and moderation; latency figures are Ollama's own measurements.
